As a guest of the villa, you will have free access to the swimming-pool of the residence and a private parking.

The air-conditioner and heat pump will enable you to relax throughout the year in front of the 42" LCD TV (watching the many channels proposed by the digital satellite receiver, the content of your hard disk with a HDMI or USB connection, the many videos of our library) or simply relax by the fireplace in the winter. |

outdoor dining space with barbecue, shaded by pergolas.
A few aromatic herbs have been planted in the corner for your meal preparations, infusions, and the traditional Moroccan tea : rosemary, basil, thyme, citronella and mint. |

Our bedrooms look out onto the Soleil golf course.
Comfortable
with a "King size" bed (180x200), each bedroom has its own shower room
( bathroom for
Sand Wedge), and is equipped with LCD TV, digital
